This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how Renaiss Network Limited, a private limited company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with registered address Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands (“Renaiss”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information relating to users (“you” or “user”) of https://renaiss.xyz/ and any related products, features, content, applications (including any web app, mobile app, decentralized application), smart contracts, and APIs (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”).
1. Acceptance; Scope
1.1 Acceptance. By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of information as described in this Policy.
1.2 Incorporated Terms. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1.3 Scope. This Policy applies to information collected through or in connection with the Platform. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, wallets, blockchains, marketplaces, logistics providers, authentication providers, or other third-party services we do not control.
2. Definitions
2.1 “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with an identified or identifiable natural person.
2.2 “Profile Information” includes information you provide or we collect in connection with Platform use (e.g., email if provided, shipping/redemption details, wallet address, support communications).
2.3 “Wallet Data” includes public wallet addresses and related blockchain transaction/activity data associated with your use of the Platform.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- contact and account details (e.g., name, username, email);
- redemption/shipping details (e.g., recipient name, delivery address, phone where required);
- customer support communications and attachments;
- survey, feedback, or promotional-response information;
- any additional information you choose to submit.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- device and browser data (e.g., browser type, OS, language, device identifiers);
- usage and log data (e.g., IP address, timestamps, page interactions, clickstream, referrer URLs, error logs);
- cookie and tracking-technology data;
- approximate geolocation inferred from IP and, where applicable, more precise geolocation signals.
3.3 Wallet and Blockchain Information
- connected wallet address(es);
- public on-chain transaction and ownership data relevant to NFTs and associated functionality;
- smart-contract interaction records.
3.4 Information from Third Parties
- wallet providers (e.g., WalletConnect-compatible providers);
- payment providers and fraud/risk vendors;
- analytics and advertising partners;
- logistics, vault, authentication, and related service providers;
- affiliates and business partners.
3.5 Compliance and Verification Information. To the extent required by Applicable Law, sanctions compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform integrity, we may collect additional verification information and/or receive such information from authorized third-party providers.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
4.1 Use of Cookies. We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, improve performance, detect fraud, and analyze Platform usage.
4.2 Browser Controls. You may disable cookies through browser settings; however, certain Platform features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
4.3 Analytics and Advertising. We may use third-party analytics and retargeting services (including Google services) to measure engagement and improve the Platform. Such providers process data according to their own privacy terms.
4.4 Do Not Track.The Platform may not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information we collect to:
- provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform;
- authenticate Users and manage account-related functions;
- facilitate NFT/Asset-related workflows, redemption processes, and support operations;
- process transactions and related confirmations/communications;
- detect, investigate, prevent, and remediate fraud, abuse, counterfeit activity, theft, sanctions risk, and security incidents;
- enforce the Terms of Service and other platform policies;
- comply with Applicable Law, lawful requests, and regulatory obligations;
- provide customer support and resolve disputes;
- conduct internal analytics, quality assurance, research, and product development;
- send service/administrative notices and, where permitted, marketing communications.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information as follows:
6.1 Service Providers and Partners. To vendors and partners providing hosting, analytics, communications, support, security, anti-fraud, logistics, authentication, vault-related operations, and similar services.
6.2 Affiliates and Corporate Group. To affiliates, subsidiaries, and entities under common control, for legitimate business and operational purposes.
6.3 Legal and Compliance. To courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where required by Applicable Law or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or platform integrity.
6.4 Business Transfers. In connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, asset sale, insolvency proceeding, or similar transaction.
6.5 At Your Direction/Consent. To third parties where you direct us to disclose information or otherwise consent.
6.6 De-Identified/Aggregated Data. We may use and share de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you.
7. Public Blockchain Notice
7.1 Public Visibility. Blockchain networks are public and immutable. Wallet addresses, token transfers, transaction hashes, and related metadata may be publicly visible and persist indefinitely.
7.2 No Control Over Blockchain Data. We do not control third-party blockchains, validators, indexers, explorers, or wallet providers and cannot modify or delete blockchain records.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may have data protection laws different from those in your location. Where required, we implement reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Platform and related services;
- maintain platform safety and integrity;
- satisfy legal, tax, accounting, compliance, and audit obligations;
- resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary based on data type, purpose, and legal requirements.
10. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your Wallet credentials, private keys, devices, and account access mechanisms.
11. Children
The Platform is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps required by Applicable Law.
12. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based), and request portability of your Personal Information.

14. Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on the Platform and revise the “Last Revised” date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
